WooCity Property Management (WooCity PM) is a full-service management company providing real estate property management services, including tenant relations, lease administration and bookkeeping. Our current portfolio is located primarily in the Greater Worcester areas and includes a little over 100 residential apartments in small and medium-sized multi-family buildings, typically ranging from two-family to apartment buildings with up to 12 units.

Small multi-family properties offer investors attractive returns with lower entry costs compared to larger apartment complexes. Woocity PM also provides an emergency response plan for handling emergencies, including maintenance emergencies, tenant disputes and natural disasters.

PRICING AND TERMS:

Our standard property management fee is 8-10% of the monthly rental gross income depending on the property. Additional services are available at competitive rates, and we can provide a customized quote based on your specific needs.
