Jackson has led multiple real estate investment projects and is the lead in following roles, including identifying new real estate investment opportunities, creating and nurturing investor relations, financing, rehabbing/adding value, project management, and stabilization of all investment properties acquired by the company.

Jackson brings a wealth of knowledge to Restrepo Properties LLC (RPLLC) and shares the same integrity found in all the other RPLLC members. Jackson brings a Master of Business Administration from Assumption University, a Bachelor’s Degree from Worcester State University and over 12 years of experience working in the public sector, including 9 years working for the City of Worcester’s Executive Office of Economic Development and 4 years working as the Chief Procurement Officer for the Worcester Housing Authority.

Jackson also brings a number of certifications and accolades, including a designation as a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Office (MCPPO), recipient of the Worcester Business Journal 40 Under 40, and class participant of the Leadership Worcester program.

Jackson is responsible for developing business strategies, investor relations, capital raises, new rehab project management, and website/social media development and content.

Wilfer Martinez has developed and implemented various successful property management systems to streamline all functionalities of the company. These include: the implementation and streamlining of bookkeeping and accounting tasks; Tenant screening and procedures; Implementation of property management software platform and paperless archiving system: And website creation and content creation.

Wilfer brings significant professional experience and knowledge to RPLLC. He has been computer scientist for a company that designs and develops audio products with a significant market share in the industry. As a partner Wilfer brings a Master of Information Technology from Clark University and a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Worcester State University.

Wilfer is responsible for systems processes implementation, accounting/bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting.

Nico has developed systems to efficiently build and nurture relations with all our tenants, while professionally responding to the needs and demands of managing multiple properties and tenants on a daily basis.

Nico brings to the company a wealth of experience from the sales industry, having worked for a retail outlet for numerous years, as well as an education of technical trades, including a certificate in electricity. Moreover, Nico brings years of experience in the subsidized housing space working as a liaison for the Worcester Housing Authority is federally subsidized housing programs, including HUD’s Section 8 Program.

Nico is responsible for all property management operations, including advertising, tenant screening, tenant origination, and tenant relations.Additionally, Nico is responsible for all repairs, work order originations, and managing outside contractors on major repairs and/or improvements.
