Our network of property owners, other real estate investment companies, wholesalers, and real estate agents the RPLLC team thoroughly vets all real estate investment opportunities using its own due diligence procedures to identify only those that meet the company’s criteria.

Asset Class

Our primary focus is multi-unit residential properties. We are constantly searching to find value-add real estate investment opportunities in the affordable/market-rate housing space. Our Investment Criteria for finding these opportunities are as follows:

Operating Model

At RPLLC we operate in three phases:

1. FIND – Significant resources are placed on finding the best deals that follow our Investment Criteria.

2. FUND – To fund any identified opportunities, we use a combination of private equity and debt.

3. EXECUTE – After an investment opportunity has been funded, we execute the business plan specifically developed for a particular project.
